Challenges: IA Collaborative, a user-centered design firm, designed the interactive Seat/View/Cost tool for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. This innovative online tool is designed so that users will see the exact stage view, cost and location of any seat in the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Hall. As users make seat selections, the view, row, number, quantity, and price subtotal are displayed for online purchase.

IA Collaborative hired Deep Interactive to develop the Flash and HTML for a quick and streamlined, download.
